印度中国经济文化促进会（ICEC），于1997年在印度首都新德里成立，是由印度现任内阁部长、国会议员、执政党成员和建设部、商工部、环境部、财政部、石油部、电子委员会等要员组成的，由印度拉甘地基金会支持的半官方非盈利性印度非组织，专门从事印中两国经济合作和文化交流促进工作。通过深层次的政策研究帮助印度制定经济政策提供依据，在关键政策方面做出分析判，为印中两业开拓市场提供战略信息和前瞻性服务，在互惠互利的原则下取得双赢的结果
